Mentorship Program Objectives

Give encouragement, support and guidance.

RASEM Squared strives to recruit and train a group of highly qualified, motivated, and compassionate mentors. The mentors dedicate themselves to assisting other students with disabilities.

Introduce students with disabilities to university life and other campus resources.

Increase awareness and encourage K-12 students in the areas of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics(STEM).

Understand the mission of the mentorship program is to assist other students with disabilities and strengthen the skills he or she has learned anddevelop higher level skills.

The RASEM Squared will be open throughout the semester for computer and student group area.

To increase the number of students with disabilities in the science, technology, engineering, and mathematics(STEM) fields.

Assist students to plan for their career after graduation.

To explore career opportunities in the STEM areas.
